Course content

You develop the practical skills needed to advance your professional and personal development. Focused on real-world challenges, the course is applicable across sectors globally and supports progression into senior leadership roles.

You learn the strategic skills to improve organisational performance and navigate internal and external factors shaping decision-making. You develop an entrepreneurial mindset to tackle global sustainability issues in a world where sustainability is no longer optional.

On completion of the MBA you:

· think and act entrepreneurially to lead through uncertain and rapidly changing conditions in the global business environment

· are a responsible leader able to work with a diverse range of teams, in a variety of cultural contexts

· are international in your outlook and understand the challenges and opportunities the global business environment presents businesses

· have a deep understanding of the functions of business and appreciate the importance of functional collaboration to achieve organisational goals

· are a self-reflective practitioner with acute awareness of your self-identity and values

· understand the importance of the role of business in society.
