The accredited MSc in leadership and human resource Management is ideal for graduates is aimed at graduates with an interest in developing specialist knowledge and a critical understanding of the human resources sector. Our MSc in Leadership and Human Resource Management degree will help you develop a broad understanding of the most important concepts in human resource management. You will apply theoretical concepts and human resource management models to real life case studies, and develop practical skills you can take directly into the workplace.

This business Master’s programme is developed with an emphasis on learning the most important industry concepts and is accredited by both The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and The Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This means that upon successful completion of your degree you will have the opportunity to apply for a CIPD certification and a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.

This degree is ideal for those interested in a career as a human resource manager or a variety of other business management positions.

This course is offered as a 2-year full-time business master’s programme. Sharing the first year of study with the 1-year Leadership and Human Resource Management, the 2-year programme benefits from a second year of Professional Practice that is specifically aimed at fostering the employment opportunities of students. Offering greater flexibility than a traditional Placement year, our Professional Practice Year allows you to decide how to put your skills into practice. Choose between an academic dissertation, business plan, business or consultancy project, or a paid placement in industry, depending on the option that is best suited to your future career path.
