The standard academic entry requirement for this Master's course is an Upper Second Class UK Honours degree or international equivalent in a relevant science or engineering discipline. Please note that we consider grades achieved in key relevant modules in your undergraduate degree as well as the overall degree result.

Course content

This MSc provides a state-of-the-art introduction to technical design within mechanical engineering.   • Further details of qualification

    The MSc will be awarded to students who obtain an average total taught course mark greater than or equal to 50% and submit a research dissertation that is passed. The MSc with distinction is awarded if more than 70% is obtained and the research dissertation deemed outstanding.
