Course content

Fast-track your career in accounting with the MSc in Accounting & Analytics. This one-year conversion programme is designed for graduates from non-accounting backgrounds who want to develop strong foundations in accounting while gaining highly sought-after data analytics skills.

Delivered by expert faculty and leading practitioners from Big Four firms, the programme combines academic insight with real-world application. As demand continues to grow for finance professionals with analytical expertise, graduates are well prepared for careers in accounting, financial analytics, consulting, and advisory services. Based in Dublin, home to the Big Four and many leading multinationals, this MSc provides an exceptional platform for professional and career development.

The MSc in Accounting and Analytics attracts students who are motivated by numbers, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. While many join from business or economics backgrounds, others come from fields such as science, engineering, or the arts. Applicants from all disciplines are welcome, and no prior accounting experience is required.

Students are drawn to the opportunity to earn exemptions from leading professional bodies such as ACCA and Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA), and to build clear pathways toward recognised professional qualifications. Many also value the international dimension of the programme and the opportunity to apply for Ireland’s two-year graduate work visa, supporting a global career in accounting, finance, and analytics.

The programme appeals to those who want to combine accounting expertise with the power of data analytics. Students enjoy a collaborative learning environment that blends technical training with practical insight, preparing them to make evidence-based decisions and succeed in an increasingly analytical profession.
