Entry requirements

Normally an upper second-class Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. A basic reading competence in Spanish, French or Portuguese is useful but not essential.

The English language level for this programme is: Level 4.

This multidisciplinary MA provides in-depth coverage of current debates in the field of Latin American studies, developing students' knowledge of the diverse societies of the region and the forces that have shaped them. . The programme's graduates have established careers in research, journalism, teaching, and policy formulation and implementation in both government agencies and NGOs.
