Validated by the University of Lincoln, the programme has been designed to meet the academic and career development needs of Human Resource practitioners. The purpose of this programme is to develop and enhance the practice of Human Resource Management and its potentially significant contribution to the business world, both within the UK and increasingly in the international arena.

Human Resource Management (HRM) is concerned with the management of employees, as a major aspect of distinctive business capability.
