Course content
Over the three-year programme, they will learn alongside other undergraduate nursing students and develop and enhance the knowledge, skills and values required to meet the Future Nurse: Standards of Proficiency for Registered Nurses (Nursing and Midwifery Council 2018).
Recognising that patients are at the heart of everything the NHS does, we have embedded the core values of the NHS Constitution — respect, dignity, compassion and collaboration — into our curriculum.
We support apprentices in becoming caring and compassionate professionals who deliver skilled, evidence-based care in partnership with patients, families and communities. Our focus on interdisciplinary will enrich apprentices’ experience while preparing them for professional practice.
Fees and funding
The cost of your learning programme is covered by your employer through their Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account, so it costs you nothing! Please take a look at the information for apprentices on our webpage.
