Entry requirements

Prior work experience is not required but is preferable. The minimum standard required is a First Class Honours or equivalent. This equates to a CGPA of 3.7/4.0. A degree in science or engineering will normally be expected but in the past graduates from other disciplines with a strong interest in technology policy have joined the programme.

Course content

The MPhil in Technology Policy is an intensive nine-month programme, including three academic terms and requiring study in both the Christmas and Easter vacations.

The MPhil in Technology Policy is designed in two streams:

The Professional Practice Stream - for those seeking to become leaders in technology-based organisations

The Research Stream - for those interested in continuing on to a PhD
