You'll usually need: A second class or higher undergraduate degree in a relevant area including: business, economics, management, HRM, or another degree with sufficient relevant business experience and a desire to develop your theoretical understanding of HRM.

This masters programme will develop a deep knowledge and understanding of business and human resource management operations in an international context.
