The LLM in Corporate Law is an innovative programme that aims to transcend a narrow focus on legal rules and situate the study of corporate law in a wider interdisciplinary and comparative framework. The unique portfolio of courses offered by the programme allows students to acquire in-depth knowledge of legal, economic, financial and comparative matters covering the entire life-cycle of a corporation.
