A 2:2 with honours in any discipline from a recognised university, or relevant professional qualifications, or three years in a Senior HR or similar role.
We do consider all applications where there is evidence of exceptional performance in modules relevant to the programme of study, significant relevant work experience or professional qualifications.

Course content
This online MSc Human Resource Management programme is designed to support you in developing a long-lasting and successful career in HR while continuing in full-time employment. Accredited against the CIPD Advanced Level qualification, it enables you to work towards Chartered CIPD membership alongside gaining a Master’s degree.
You will develop a robust understanding of the major conceptual and applied issues shaping contemporary HR practice. The programme addresses key aspects of HR, including resourcing and talent management, human resource development, employment law, international HR Management (HRM) and strategic people management. You will also study People Management Skills and Behaviours, enhancing your competence and confidence as a leader, colleague, decision-maker and HR specialist.
Your learning combines intellectual rigour with practical application. Through research-informed materials, interactive case studies, podcasts and practitioner interviews, you will connect theory directly to workplace practice.
You will also complete a Master’s dissertation, developing specialist expertise by conducting independent research on a defined HR topic relevant to organisational HR practice.

Fees and funding
To make it easier to budget, you don’t need to pay the total fee upfront. Instead, you can pay for each module as you are about to start studying it. You can pay for the whole year if you prefer, but the minimum payment is at least the cost of the module you are taking that term.
