The MBA (Masters Stage Award) course allows you to top up your existing qualification to a full MBA degree by dissertation or project, typically through six months full-time study or twelve months part-time study.Perhaps you are an experienced manager who is keen to pursue a senior position within your organisation, or you may be seeking a more advanced qualification to enable you to take your first steps in management. You will investigate new and changing areas of leadership and management theory and practice and be able to confidently apply the knowledge to practical organisational situations.
Your research will allow you to underpin your professional knowledge with a research focus which will contribute to your ongoing professional development.The course is completed in two stages; firstly, intensive Research Methods workshops which will prepare you to undertake your research. The second stage is the completion of your project or dissertation with the aid of a subject specific supervisor.
