Course content
This programme provides in-depth knowledge and expertise for those looking to become leaders in the field of strength and conditioning. You’ll deepen your knowledge in key areas, including strength and conditioning for performance athletes, clinical populations and injury, alongside furthering your knowledge and understanding of social theory to enhance your coaching effectiveness and build stronger coach-athlete relationships. The programme includes practical placements and a research project, giving you the opportunity to explore cutting-edge topics in strength and conditioning. Also, with our strong industry connections, you'll have no problem building a professional network with links such as Hull FC and Hull Kingston Rovers. By the end of the programme, you'll be equipped with the skills and experience to excel in a competitive and evolving field.
