You’ll gain key study skills focused on critical thinking and analysis, along with introducing key theoretical concepts to create a more effective learning environment for your students.
Expect to dive into experiential learning, navigating real-world educational leadership challenges, as well as gaining insights from guest speakers who are experienced leaders. There will be the opportunity to work collaboratively with your peers to tackle practical issues using cutting-edge research tools and seamlessly connect theory to practise, with a strong ethical leadership focus.
Finally, you’ll get to apply your knowledge through your independent research project under the guidance of dedicated tutors, making a real impact on your profession.
