2:1 Honours degree in Psychology as recognised by The Psychological Society of Ireland and one year of work experience relevant to clinical psychology. Short-listing & selection by interview will apply.

Programme Content

Year 1:
Child & Adolescent Clinical Psychology, Research Methods, Personal Development, Child & Adolescent Clinical Placements, Qualitative and Quantatative Research Projects.

Year 2:
Adult Clinical Psychology, Working with Older Adults, Clinical Neuropsychology, Personal Development, Adult Mental Health Clinical Placement

Year 3:
Intellectual Disability Clinical Psychology, Personal Development, Clinical Placement, Thesis.

Each year contains academic, placement, research, specialist and professional development modules.

Careers

Clinical Psychologists to work in the Health Service, Voluntary Body Sector, The Prison Service and other related areas.
