Course content
The Executive Master of Arts (EMA) is designed for graduates who are eager to shape leadership roles for themselves in the 21st century. It is a program which recognises the unique benefits that can be gained by combining traditional Arts strengths in analysis, ethics and critical reasoning, with a skill set appropriate for managing resources, planning projects and delivering results in a dynamic, contemporary workplace. EMA subjects include guest speakers, case studies of prominent leaders, and opportunities for group discussion and critical self-reflection.
This graduate program combines your previous discipline-specific knowledge with strategic and professional skills. It covers areas such as professional communication, leadership, people management, financial management and budgeting, and project management methodology. The Executive Master of Arts is the first program of its kind in Australia and has been developed in consultation with the industry, government and community sectors.
