Course content

The use of geospatial information is becoming common place in everyday life through satellite navigation systems and geographical information systems. In addition to general public applications are the needs and demands of the professional community often through engineering and environmental sciences. Core to these interests are the sciences of spatial measurement, information collection and management. This course builds on the highly successful MSc Engineering Surveying and Geodesy and the MSc Geographical Information Science (GIS) to bring the disciplines of high quality surveying and positioning and geospatial information analysis and management together.
