Overview

This flexible distance-learning course helps armed forces instructors develop confident, inclusive and effective teaching skills while continuing in their current roles. You’ll explore lesson planning, assessment, digital pedagogy and reflective practice, all tailored to the unique demands of military training. It’s ideal for serving trainers looking to enhance their expertise or prepare for future opportunities in civilian education.
