Entry requirements
A minimum of a second-class honours degree, and experience in an educational setting.
English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 with no component score below 5.5.

If you're currently working, or aspire to work, in an education-connected role and want a qualification that demonstrates your leadership and management development, our MSc in Educational Leadership and Management is designed for you.
You can study this course full-time, part-time, or part-time by distance learning. The MSc takes one year full time or two years part time.
You'll work collaboratively with fellow students, teaching staff, and industry experts from educational institutions as you learn how to channel your passion for education into positive change across the sector. Through critical thinking and practical exploration, you’ll tackle common challenges such as time management and explore ways to innovate and improve practice.
You’ll be encouraged to critique how the education sector operates and prepare yourself to take decisive action as a confident educational leader. You’ll gain the skills to respond to key issues in education, including accessibility and classroom management, and to design and implement new approaches to teaching and learning.
