Our MSc Construction Management is an international programme of advanced management studies for the modern construction industry. Choose to start in September or the following February.

The distinctive focus of the MSc Construction Management course is on the management of the construction firm, including:

• finance
• organisation
• project procurement
• contracts for design and construction
• information and communication technologies in the construction sector
• client, developer, financier and investor expectations.

This course is ideal for graduates from any discipline seeking a professional qualification that leads to employment in a profession using financial, managerial, and property design skills.

You can also benefit from Autodesk Revit Essentials training at no additional cost. Delivered as a two-day training course, this course will boost your skills in design and construction management.

Accreditation

This programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Accreditation is reviewed periodically. Successful completion of this course satisfies the academic requirements for membership of CIOB and RICS.
