Digital marketing covers lots of different areas, including campaign metrics and research, content marketing, copywriting, database management and analysis, digital analytics and strategy, email and mobile marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search and Social Media Marketing (SSMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), video production/podcasting, web design and development, blogging, and much more. Crucially, it involves any content in an online environment that is designed to engage a specific audience.
