Course content
On our LLM International Commercial and Corporate Law programme you’ll study with academic staff who are active at the forefront of international and national legal reform and development.
You will develop your practical legal skills required to advise, litigate and negotiate, within a module structure that allows you to shape your degree towards your particular interests. For example you could choose to study:
• insurance law
• corporate governance
• intellectual property law in a global world
• international competition law and policy
• law of the World Trade Organisation
You’ll begin your programme with an intensive, one-week induction on the common law designed to help you to familiarise yourself with the legal system of England and Wales at postgraduate level.
You’ll gain access to the specialist legal knowledge and practical know-how that will be essential for your professional life, from academics working at the cutting edge of research and scholarship in a range of commercial and corporate law disciplines.

English Requirements: Band G, IELTS 7.0 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each component.
