Course content

This degree mirrors the two-year masters programme that is common elsewhere in Europe and in the USA, with the aim of developing your professional skills for industry. High-performing students have the opportunity to find a professional placement or internship, enabling them to boost their CV by demonstrating industrial work experience not offered by the standard one-year masters programme.

Our two-year MSc Euromasters programme is designed for electronic engineering students who are interested in gaining further qualifications in advanced, cutting-edge techniques and technologies, and enables you to choose from a wide range of modules offered by the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

The programme includes an enhanced project where students may have the opportunity to develop publishable or patentable work, as well as training in transferable skills including business awareness and management. The advanced taught technical content is in sub-disciplines of electronic engineering closely aligned with the internationally leading research conducted in the Department.
