- Applicants should hold a degree at undergraduate level. An honours degree at 2:2 or above is preferred, as the teaching on the course sits at honours and masters level
- You must have SCQF level 6 English and Mathematics at SCQF level 5 prior to starting on the course

Course content
This PGDE Primary (English Medium) (part-time) programme is aimed at graduates wishing to follow a part-time route to become a Primary teacher in Scotland.
It begins with online study, Monday evening online seminars and one day per week in school, and builds up to five-day weeks in school placements, between April and June of year 2. Please read the FAQs to see a draft calendar and for more detail about the course structure.
