Entry requirements
We encourage applications from individuals of all disciplines who currently hold degree and/or professional qualifications. We also encourage applications from individuals with professional, leadership and managerial experience who may be admitted onto a master’s programme at the discretion of the Programme Director. Applicants must possess one or more of the following: 1.A recognised Honours degree or equivalent. 2.A professional qualification. 3.Applicants who do not meet the above criteria may be admitted to the course provided they have significant professional or managerial experience deemed appropriate for the programme. Applicants who have a relevant professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA ) at credit level 7 may be admitted with exemption from modules in Part 1

Course content
This programme provides educators with the opportunity to develop their technical competencies in the field of financial management and to immerse themselves in current issues in the fields of accounting and financial management.
Its aim is to support students as they develop their ability in teaching and understanding of student learning and their ability to make judgments about their professional educational practice. It will allow students the opportunity to develop their technical competencies in the field of financial management and to immerse themselves in current issues in the fields of accounting and financial management. It will also enable students to develop their skills and knowledge of the processes of teaching and learning.
