Course content

atin (MA) is mainly of interest to those who want to learn Latin to an advanced level and beyond and delve into their own research of a particular author or authors.

You can start from complete beginners’ level, intermediate or advanced, based on your existing qualifications and knowledge.

Latin (PG Diploma)

Latin (PG Certificate)

For those who have been studying Latin privately, we offer a test to place them at the correct level of language learning.

PhD candidates, or those planning to embark on a PhD, can use this degree to increase their competency in Latin. For those interested in teaching Latin at any level, Latin (MA) can provide an internationally recognised qualification. The degrees in Latin are available only as part-time options.
