Step Into an Influential Leadership Role with a Master’s in Management and Leadership

People are at the heart of every business — their performance is key to organizational success. Today’s challenging business environment demands skilled managers who are well equipped to lead high-performing teams. Webster University’s MA in Management and Leadership equips you with the knowledge and skills you need to develop innovative strategies to manage, inspire and motivate people in today’s world.

Make Yourself More Marketable

Hone your skills in a focus area to make yourself more marketable in specific fields. Choose an emphasis in cybersecurity, digital marketing management, entrepreneurship, health administration, marketing, organizational development and change, or project management.

Whether you choose the general path or choose to specialize, you’ll learn essential leadership skills combined with management science. Your coursework will cover relevant topics, like group dynamics, interpersonal relations, collaboration and how to effectively lead individuals, teams and organizations. You’ll graduate ready to develop solutions for complex problems and situations, analyze industry trends, and anticipate, plan and execute organizational change.

The Master’s in Management and Leadership program is designed for working adults who need program flexibility. Individuals who take one class every nine-week term without interruption will complete the program in approximately 30 months or 2 1/2 years. Individuals taking more than one class per term will finish sooner. The program can be completed in as little as 18 months for individuals taking two classes every nine weeks without interruption.
