Technical Graduate - Service Advisory 2026

As a CGI Technical Graduate you’ll be trusted with responsibility from the start. helping clients improve how technology services are designed, delivered, and experienced. Working across Service Management, SIAM, user experience, AI-enabled service improvement, and enterprise tooling including ServiceNow and Freshworks, you’ll support projects that drive real business impact.

Your future duties and responsibilitie

In this role, you will support service transformation and improvement initiatives across a range of client projects. You’ll collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and service specialists to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and contribute to the delivery of effective and efficient services

You will:

  • You’ll gain exposure to Service Management, SIAM, ITILv4, continual service improvement, and enterprise service management tooling while building confidence in stakeholder engagement and consulting delivery.
  • Support service management and transformation projects
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
  • Contribute to service improvement and user experience initiatives
  • Analyse service data and operational insights
  • Support continual service improvement activities
  • Develop knowledge of SIAM, ITILv4, and enterprise tooling
  • Communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and professionally
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

What we are looking for

  • As CGI is a consultancy, you may be required to work in different locations, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are key.
  • We’re seeking ambitious graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to apply their skills to projects that make a real difference.
  • You’ll bring a strong academic background in STEM, curiosity to explore new ideas, and flexibility to take on diverse projects across the UK.
  • A minimum 2:2 degree in computer science, engineering, physics, maths, or a related STEM field (some roles may require a 2:1).
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams
  • Confident and professional approach with clients and stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel and work on projects across the UK.
  • Eligibility for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with many roles requiring higher National Security Vetting (typically 5–10 years of continuous UK residency).

Skills we value include:

  • Awareness of ITIL, SIAM, ServiceNow, or Freshworks
  • Awareness of Agile or iterative ways of working
  • Interest in service improvement and user experience
  • Interest in IT Service Management, Digital Transformation, or Service Operations
