CGI’s technical roles are ideal if you want to start a career in a software development, testing, application management, architecture or cyber security. Their business roles are perfect if you want to start your career in roles such as business analysis, consulting, project management or service delivery management.

CGI recruit graduates and placement students into a variety of business areas such as Cyber Security, Energy and Utilities, and the Defence and Public Sector, meaning you can get real-world experience with real clients.

Training and support

Whether you join us as a graduate or an industrial placement student, we offer training and other benefits to nurture your development and set you on the right course. This could include webinars relating to soft skills training, or a workshop on communication skills.

You’ll also have opportunities to take part in e-learning as well as face-to-face training. Of course, starting a career isn’t just about developing skills – it’s also about making connections. To help you meet people and build your network, many of our offices have student communities and other groups (like our Sports and Social Club) that regularly organise social events.

We also strive to minimise our impact on the environment and make a positive difference both in our communities and in the lives of our members.
