Future Leaders

Continuous development and training are central to the graduate programme. We work closely with recognised Management Development Institutes in Ireland and the UK to develop our Graduates as managers of the future. Many of our senior management team in Dunbia today, themselves entered the company through the graduate programme.

Our graduates are an important part of our business at a day to day level, but also in how we plan for the future. We want the brightest minds with the best ideas who can ensure our ongoing progress towards becoming Europe’s most sustainable meat company. Many of the senior management team, myself included, have come through the programme, demonstrating the opportunities for career progression. I would encourage graduates who are considering their future to apply today.
