The graduate programme provides quality training with hands on involvement across key areas of the business. Recruiting and developing talented graduates is key to growing our business for the future. Our Brighter Futures programme offers 1-to-1 coaching, dedicated mentors, bespoke management development and the opportunity to fast track your career. There is also the potential to rotate to different sites across Ireland and the UK.
Continuous development and training are central to the graduate programme. We work closely with recognised Management Development Institutes in Ireland and the UK to develop our Graduates as managers of the future. Many of our senior management team in Dunbia today, themselves entered the company through the graduate programme.
