MDS is a graduate scheme with a difference. We do not try and mold our trainees to fit a specific company culture. Instead we give our trainees the opportunities to identify their best fit within the food and fresh produce industry, all whilst gaining qualifications certified by the management institute and being supported in their coaching and development by our experienced team.
MDS is a not-for-profit organisation that is committed to recruiting and developing the highest caliber graduates to become the future leaders of the food and fresh produce industry. We work in collaboration with over 50 member companies that encompass the whole of the fresh produce supply chain. By exposing our trainees to a variety of roles in a variety of different companies we help them find their best fit and fast track their career. We give our trainees the opportunity to make a real difference during their secondments and work closely with our members to develop the graduates to their highest potential.
Since MDS was established in 1986 we have had over 400 graduates complete the scheme 100% of which were offered full time roles within 12 weeks of completion. Whilst this is not guaranteed MDS has an excellent track record of producing high quality leaders that are sought after within the industry.
