What you need to know

Graduates

We offer graduates a competitive salary of £30,000 - £37,000, depending on the programme. You’ll also be eligible for a bonus payment, depending on your own performance and how the business performs. You’ll get 20 days paid holiday pro rata, plus a personal day. You’ll also receive access to exclusive deals and discounts, saving you money on everyday purchases and treats, not to mention 10% off at Tesco once you’ve been here for three months. And, even though retirement may be many years away, you’ll be offered the Tesco Retirement Savings Plan when you join. You can choose to save from 4% and we’ll match how much you pay, up to 7.5%.

Interns

We offer interns a competitive salary of £24,000. You’ll also get 5 days paid holiday.
