Schneider Electric’s Level 4 Technical & Engineering (Quality, Technical & Project Management) Apprentice Pathway offers the opportunity for apprentices to gain experience within areas of Engineering, Project Management and Quality Control.
Within this pathway, you’ll develop the necessary skills to assist in creating industry leading innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of Schneider’s customers.
What Apprenticeship Opportunities does this Pathway offer?
Hub Execution Apprentice (Leeds, Hybrid)
Undertake a 24-month programme at Schneider’s Leeds site where you will be provided with on-the-job training in project management whilst working towards a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Qualification delivered by MBKB.
Quality Engineer Apprentice (Scarborough, Plant Based)
Undertake a 15-month programme at Schneider’s Scarborough site where you will be provided with on-the-job training in continuous quality improvement whilst working towards a Level 4 Quality Practitioner Qualification delivered by MBKB.
Quality Engineer Apprentice (Telford, Plant Based)
Undertake a 15-month programme at Schneider’s Telford Hub where you will be provided with on-the-job training in continuous quality improvement whilst working towards a Level 4 Quality Practitioner Qualification delivered by MBKB.
Digital Energy Technical Apprentice (National, Travelling Appointment)
Undertake a 3-year programme where you will be provided with on-the-job training in the field of energy management and controls for Smart Buildings and Smart Electrical Infrastructure whilst working towards a Level 4 Building Energy Management Systems Qualification delivered by the Building Controls Industry Association.
What qualifications do you need?
This Pathway is open to applicants with 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above. Please note, the Digital Energy Technical Apprenticeship Opportunity within this Pathway requires an additional GCSE in a STEM-related subject at Grade 4/C or above.
The Digital Energy Technical Apprentice role also requires the holding of a valid UK Driving Licence.
Please note, Qualification Requirements can be ‘predicted’, however, must be ‘actual’ by the start date on September 2nd, 2024.
Training
Schneider’s apprenticeship roles are crafted to foster innovation and practical skills meaning you'll gain key industry knowledge/experience recognised by professionals within the field.
As part of this pathway, you’ll undertake one of the following Level 4 apprenticeship programmes: Building Energy Management Systems, Associate Project Manager or Quality Practitioner.
Please refer to the ‘Schneider Electric Apprentice Role Guide' featured within this vacancy to discover which Level 4 apprenticeship programme supports each individual role.
You'll also be assigned a 'Buddy' that will act as an additional support point. Your Buddy may be past or current Early Career employee or an experienced team member.
