Entry requirements

The MSc in Business Analysis and Consulting caters to students who either already hold a Bachelor's degree and has at least 2 years of professional experience, or to those who hold Masters degree in Business related areas or Engineering and wish to acquire the necessary knowledge and confidence to start a career in a fast changing environment.

The program is open to candidates with an undergraduate degree from a recognized university with strong academic performance and with a good command of English (IELTS 6.5, TOEFL IBT 85, TOEIC 850). Students with 6.0 IELTS may also be eligible for admission after successful interview with our overseas offices. Native English speakers or students who have had three years of courses taught in English are exempt. Other educational backgrounds will be considered case by case.

No prior knowledge of French is needed; however French language classes are mandatory for non-French speakers as part of the program. A GMAT score is optional, not mandatory.

Course content

The MSc in Business Analysis and Consulting is a one year program completely taught in English which aims at providing future managers and consultants with the managerial and communication skills required to act as change agents and to create sustainable performance for companies operating in a global environment.

The program not only focuses on a financial perspective, but allows you to study performance from many angles, such as human resources management, IT, operations management, risks etc. Participants are trained to acquire the necessary knowledge and competencies to translate strategic plans into tangible outcomes.

The MSc in Business Analysis and Consulting is developed to equip participants with all the managerial and communication skills required to fully understand how sustainable performance can be achieved and how change can be implemented in a company.

The program is offered on a full-time basis and consists of 2 consecutive semesters of courses (September – May) followed by a professional experience (from June onwards). The curriculum is developed around core and elective courses and the structure is based on a mix of theory and practice.

During the courses, you will have to apply the concepts, models and theories covered, in case studies. Consequently, each course will help you to further develop your communication skills and your team working capabilities.

Unlike some other countries where international students pay a much higher tuition than domestic students, there is NO difference between tuition for French and international students at IÉSEG.

IÉSEG has a merit-based International Scholarship Program up to 50% tuition waiver per year. Selection is based on the applicant’s previous academic performance and overall application portfolio. The scholarship application is automatic; students do not need to apply separately.
