By undertaking this programme, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the different national and cultural contexts in which firms operate, whilst developing and enhancing your analytical and research skills.

The Institute for International Management maintains an interest in the comparative analysis of countries’ institutional setups and how diverse national contexts affect economic activity around the world, especially in multinational corporations. The programme covers a wide range of topics to enable you to gain a broad, analytical and integrative understanding of business and international management. You will develop your knowledge of emerging markets and global strategy in order to apply this to the complex field of international management, both systematically and creatively, to improve business practice.
