The Master’s programme in Economics (Nationalekonomi) equips students with strong quantitative and analytical skills essential for careers in government, international institutions, and the private sector. The curriculum offers deep knowledge in modern economic theory and advanced tools for data analysis, including software like STATA and MATLAB.
Students can personalise their studies through 60 credits of electives and choose from specialisations such as Econometrics, Financial Economics, International and Development Economics, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and Public Economics with Health and Labour Economics. There is also an opportunity to study a semester abroad.
