A 2:1 Honours degree, or international equivalent, in a relevant subject. However, combinations of the following can be taken into consideration:
- undergraduate qualifications
- masters qualifications
- relevant work experience

Course content
The School of Engineering enjoys an international reputation. We use the latest science to solve problems of global importance. We publish:

Our research has significant relevance in non-academic settings. We often apply it through consultancy to industry. This includes:
- the global offshore industry
- local authorities
- engineering and surveying companies.

Direct Entry: IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 5.5 in all sub-skills). If you have lower English Language scores, you may be accepted onto a Pre-sessional English Language course.
