A good honours degree in a subject unrelated or partially related to construction and property. Applicants with non-standard qualifications and/or suitable employment experience will also be considered.

This is one of a suite of four MSc courses which provides the academic foundation for holders of first degrees in an unrelated subject area to obtain an accredited route into the real estate and construction industries.

This course has a cost, contract management, and procurement focus, making it particularly appropriate to applicants wishing to gain a stronger insight into these aspects of the cost management and construction business.
