Entry requirements

A good honours degree in a subject unrelated or partially related to construction and property. Applicants with non-standard qualifications and/or suitable employment experience will also be considered.

Course content

This is one of a suite of four MSc courses which provides the academic foundation for holders of first degrees in an unrelated subject area to obtain an accredited route into the real estate and construction industries.

Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Optional international field trip.
Dedicated postgraduate resource room.

Each course provides broad-based insights into the industries and this course has an investment and valuation focus making it particularly appropriate to applicants wishing to gain a stronger insight into these aspects of the property business.

Information for international students

IELTS 6.5, TOEFL (paper) 560 with a written score of 5.0 or TOEFL (IBT) 83 with a written score of 24 is required by applicants whose first language is not English. Language tuition and support in English is available. For further information visit www.ntu.ac.uk/international
