Course content

Our Coast to Coast Expedition is a study abroad programme like nothing you have experienced before! Over 85-days, you will be immersed in new cultures, challenged physically and mentally, and will grow as a leader whilst exploring the rainforest, rivers and reefs of Costa Rica and Panama. Experience some of the adventure activities this part of the world has to offer, including whitewater rafting, a cross-country hike, scuba diving, surfing, and many more! Not only will there be opportunities to develop Spanish language skills, you can also gain up to 5 internationally-recognised certifications, including NAUI Scuba Diver, Lifeguarding, Wilderness First Aid & CPR, Whitewater Raft Guide and Whitewater Rescue Technician. By the end of your expedition, you will have learnt what kind of leader you are, developed confidence and resilience, and grown as a young adult. This programme is perfect for anyone who loves to be outside, thrives on adventure and wants to spend time experiencing life in Central America.
