Reinforce your status in human resource management with our CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management. With Staffordshire University, you’ll gain the high standard of skills required to be an effective senior manager in the human resources field.

Take the next step on the road to becoming a human resource specialist with our widely recognised Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. We will will help you learn skills to move forward with your career at the same time, as well as giving you the qualification you need to apply for chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

Through a combination of on and off campus learning, we will give you skills that you can apply to your current role in the human resource (HR) sector, whilst looking to forward your career. These include vital leadership skills, resourcing and talent management.

You will study modules that are relevant to your work issues, set by the University tutors, who are all are all experienced human resource practitioners. We will give you the skills to build your HR career and we have 25 years’ experience, alongside former students that are now senior HR executives in local and national organisations, to prove just that.

On successful completion of study, we will issue the following award: PgDip Human Resource Management
