Entry requirements
If you’re passionate about Human Rights we want to hear from you! We welcome applications from students around the world.
Ideally you’ll hold a 2:1 undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in a relative area (such as law, criminology or politics). We also consider candidates with a 2:2 degree based on overall performance. Candidates with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Course content
The LLM in Human Rights equips you with the knowledge and skills to address some of the most significant challenges facing society today, opening up exciting career opportunities in the human rights field.
You will develop an in depth understanding of contemporary human rights issues around the world and explore how legislation, policy, and practice can be used to respond to these challenges.
This programme is taught by leading human rights experts and is shaped by outstanding research.

Your Human Rights experience
You will gain the knowledge and experience to develop as a 21stcentury lawyer or legal services professional, with specialist, in-depth understanding of contemporary human rights issues.
