Management (Business Analytics)
Entry requirements
Students must attain a 2:2 (or overseas equivalent) in an undergraduate degree. Any degree subject will be considered. We consider all applications on their merits and will look at each individual case before making an offer so students who fall slightly short of the entry criteria should still apply to the School of Management. Non-native English speakers must achieve an IELTS score of 6.0 overall with no component less than 5.5.

Course content
The MSc Management (Business Analytics) at Swansea University will give you a thorough understanding of how data is used in the corporate world, from the data behind the internet, to global supply pipeline logistics management. This programme is focused on preparing you for a career in the era of ‘big data’.
The programme covers core management concepts such as managing financial resources, operations management, human resource management and marketing management to give you a solid grounding in a range of dynamic business principles. You will also learn about management in an interconnected global community.
Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) the only chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence, the course is open to students from any discipline who would like to work in business or management. Once you have graduated you will receive a CMI level 7 certificate.
