Course content

You explore essential concepts for selecting methods and tools to manage IT projects effectively. You gain proficiency in using contemporary methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2® and hybrid approaches to project management. You learn to integrate quality and risk management into practice. You develop the technical and interpersonal skills to make an immediate contribution to major projects at the leading edge of IT project management and to lead digital transformation initiatives.
