Course content
Our MSc in Digital Transformation is a new, innovative programme designed to explore the multifaceted dimension of the digital revolution with the premise to develop future leaders with the expertise to navigate the evolving digital landscape successfully. On this programme you'll delve deep into the strategies, technologies, and organisational change dynamics required to thrive in an era defined by digital disruption.
The core course units at the heart of the programme will encompass a rich array of subject areas that form the foundational pillars by which a career in technology can be built upon. These include, Digital Strategy, Emerging Technologies, Data Strategy and Visualisation, and Change Management.
Our programme fosters a collaborative and innovative learning environment, allowing you to engage in experiential learning opportunities to apply your newfound knowledge and skills to solve complex business problems. Immersing you in real-world scenarios, you'll develop the practical insights and capabilities needed to drive meaningful change within organisations.
Aims
- Recognise and evaluate the role of leadership in driving and facilitating organisational change.
- Analyse the impact of digital technologies on various industries and sectors, including the implications for business models and the adoption of emerging technologies in diverse settings.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges in digital strategy formulation and implementation within a collaborative team project.
- Design and implement digital strategies and initiatives to enhance organisational operations and supply chains.
- Utilise project management methodologies and tools to plan, monitor and deliver digital transformation projects.
