Entry requirements

Will normally have a British honours degree (2:2 class or above) or equivalent, in a relevant subject from an approved institution of higher education.

Non-standard applicants are welcomed. Recognition of Prior and Work Based Learning in accordance with University regulations may be available. You are advised to contact the course leader.

Course content

Our MSc Innovation and Leadership programme is a flexible course with an ‘Innovation’ emphasis and with the ability to offer a number of modules (with a leadership emphasis) in new areas of business development.

Dual accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management (IM), on successful completion you’ll gain the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management.

Learning and assessment

You’ll engage in a wide range of activities including: lectures; action learning groups; reflective practice; residential activities; plenary and small group discussion; case study analysis; background reading and research; guest speakers and industry visits; group research tasks and work-based projects.

You’ll engage in a wide range of assessment including: essays, reports, formal oral debates, individual/group research tasks and presentations.
