Course content

The Professional Masters in Solicitors Legal Practice will develop the knowledge and skills required for both the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) 1 and 2 assessments.

This course will equip you with the tools to prepare for the SQE 1 and SQE 2 assessments. It offers a highly practical learning environment, designed to prepare you for a career as a Solicitor.

The pathway options will allow you to expand your legal knowledge outside the Functioning Legal Knowledge required by the SQE and focus on issues such as Immigration, Employment and Intellectual Property (subject to availability).

Why study with us

  • The assessments on the programme will replicate the SQE 1 in style of questions and the practical skills assessed by SQE 2.
  • This is a new course, but 88% of our Legal Practice Degree Apprenticeship students passed the SQE 1 exam, which is above the national average pass rate of 56%.
  • The course also offers you the ability to gain qualifying work experience through participation on the pathway modules.
