Minimum of a lower second class honours degree (2:2) in any discipline, or equivalent. A minimum of two years work experience in a business related position, normally at supervisory level. For those with limited work experience, it is possible to enter the programme after completing an intensive three week 'Bridging Programme' in Chester and then joining a dedicated cohort.

Stage 2: Leading and Managing People; Strategic Management; Employment Dynamics (optional); International Business Strategy (optional); International Marketing (optional); Strategic Issues for E-Business (optional); Manging in the Service Economy (optional); Creative Thinking and Problem-solving for Managers (optional); Managing Excellence in Processes & Projects (optional); Virtual and E-Organisation Strategies (optional); Managing and Exploiting Intellectual Capital and Knowledge (optional).
Stage 3: Preparing for Research; Management Project.
