Our applicants need to undertake a successful audition or video audition, plus have a first degree of Upper Second Class or suitable previous life and/or professional expertise.

Course content

This is a unique professional course that has been designed specifically for those who already are or wish to become professional theatre directors. MA/MFA Theatre Directing is open to students from around the world. East 15 runs some modules overseas, most recently in Moscow and Bali, involving specialist practical study in another cultural environment. Teaching is by a wide range of leading experienced directors and professional practitioners from the UK and overseas.
