Entry requirements
We will consider applicants with a 2:2 Honours degree or above (or equivalent) in Law (or a degree with a substantial legal component). While we normally only consider applicants who meet this criteria, if you are coming from a different academic background which is equivalent to degree level, or have relevant work experience in legal professions, we would welcome your application.

International Commercial Law is a vast and evolving field of law that governs and regulates the commercial activities of businesses nationally, internationally and across borders. Our programme delivers an in-depth and rigorous curriculum that focuses on international commercial law, regulation and governance.
You will study current issues relating to commercial and corporate law, banking and finance, international economic law, and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG). You will take part in interactive seminars, thought-provoking discussions and critical debates with your peers and academics from across the world, giving you unique insight and global perspectives into contemporary law.
Alongside the dissertation, you’ll choose from an array of optional modules to equip you with the knowledge required for your future career in international commercial law and business.
